Description
 
These are a one way bee gate. The bees can move down from the top box but cannot get back. Cleared boards are used to clear a super of bees prior to extracting.
To use Remove the excluder in your hive and replace it with a clearer board about 24 hours before you want to remove the frames for extracting. The cut-out circles in the clearer board are the top and the metal corners are the bottom.
