Description
Made from high quality carbon steel, hardened and tempered and sharpened with a bevelled edge so the cappings fall away. Heat the plain knife in boiling water and dry on an old towel. Reheat often for easier uncapping. The plain knife had a bend between the blade and the handle to make uncapping easier.
